Privacy Policy

ASPIRA Club LLC | Effective Date: October 27, 2026

ASPIRA Club LLC, an Arizona limited liability company (“ASPIRA Club,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates the website aspiraclubnetwork.com (the “Site”) and a certified housing network that connects nonprofit organizations with home providers in Phoenix and Maricopa County, Arizona. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit the Site, submit an application or inquiry, communicate with us, or opt in to receive text messages from us.

The Site and our services are intended for business users, meaning representatives of nonprofit organizations and home providers. They are not directed to individual consumers or to the residents served by our partners.

In this Privacy Policy, “Mission Partner” and “nonprofit organization” mean the same thing: an organization, nonprofit or for-profit, that serves people who need stable housing and that leases certified homes directly from a home provider through the ASPIRA Club network.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you complete a form, contact us, or schedule a conversation, we may collect:

  • your name, job title or role, business email address, and phone number;
  • your organization’s name and general program information you choose to provide, such as program type, the general population your program serves, the number of clients needing housing, your timeline, location preferences, and accessibility requirements;
  • for home providers, property addresses, property details, ownership or entity information, inspection records, and background information you submit so that we can evaluate fit;
  • the content of emails, messages, and other communications you send us; and
  • recordings and transcripts of calls with us. Incoming calls may be answered by AI agents, and calls may be recorded and transcribed.

Text message consent records. If you opt in to text messages, we keep a record of your phone number, which consent box you checked, the exact consent language shown, the date and time, the page or form you used, your IP address and device information, and any opt-out or HELP requests you send.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site we may automatically collect your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, timestamps, referring pages, and similar usage data through cookies and analytics tools.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

ASPIRA Club coordinates housing infrastructure. We do not run your program and we do not want program or client data. We do not intentionally collect the names, diagnoses, care plans, protected health information, or other program records of the individuals your organization serves, and we do not collect Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, or bank or payment card numbers through the Site. Please do not submit this information in forms, emails, or text messages. If we receive it by mistake, we will delete it. Partner organizations may opt out of ASPIRA Club’s optional digital coordination tools in their written agreement.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • review applications and inquiries, evaluate organizational fit, and respond to you (our goal is to respond within 48 hours);
  • schedule and hold partnership conversations;
  • match organizations with certified homes and coordinate the network;
  • send text messages and emails that you have asked for or agreed to receive;
  • provide support and communicate about our services;
  • operate, secure, and improve the Site, and prevent fraud and abuse; and
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to train AI models.

4. Text Messaging (SMS)

If you provide your phone number and check a text message consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from ASPIRA Club LLC at that number. We offer two separate, optional consents:

  • Non-marketing messages, such as responses to your inquiry or application, scheduling and appointment reminders, application status, and service updates; and
  • Marketing messages, such as program updates, news, and announcements, only if you separately check the marketing consent box.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of submitting an application, receiving our services, or making any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you can reply HELP for assistance or email [email protected]. Our full SMS Terms are available at https://legal.aspiraclubnetwork.com/sms-terms.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We may use messaging and technology providers only to deliver messages on our behalf.

5. How We Share Information

We share information only as follows:

  • Service providers. Vendors that help us operate, such as website hosting, customer relationship management, scheduling, email, text message delivery, AI and automation, analytics, storage, and support providers. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
  • Matching. To facilitate a match, we may share limited business information about your organization (such as organization name, program type, and housing needs) with a home provider, and limited business information about a home provider (such as property details and inspection records) with a nonprofit organization. We do not share client or resident information, because we do not collect it.
  • Legal and safety. When needed to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our agreements, or protect rights, safety, and security.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

The sharing limits in Section 4 for mobile information and text message consent apply in all of these cases. Third-party providers handle information under their own privacy policies and our agreements with them.
