These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of aspiraclubnetwork.com (the “Site”) and the application, intake, and communication tools on it, provided by ASPIRA Club LLC, an Arizona limited liability company (“ASPIRA Club,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the nonprofit organization or home provider you represent. The Site is intended for business use only, not for personal, household, or consumer use.
ASPIRA Club operates a certified housing network that connects nonprofit organizations with vetted homes and prepared home providers in Phoenix and Maricopa County. We provide the network, including vetting, certification, and coordination. We are not a placement service or referral database, and we do not place individual clients into homes. We are not a regulatory body or compliance manager, and we do not manage your program licensure, ADHS pathways, or zoning compliance. We do not provide legal, accounting, tax, financial, medical, or other professional advice.
ASPIRA Club is a network operator and vendor. We are not a property manager, landlord, or sublessor; we are not a subrecipient of any partner’s funding; and we are not a party to, or guarantor of, any lease between a home provider and a nonprofit organization.
In these Terms, “Mission Partner” and “nonprofit organization” mean the same thing: an organization, nonprofit or for-profit, that serves people who need stable housing and that leases certified homes directly from a home provider through the ASPIRA Club network.
Submitting an application or inquiry creates no obligation for you or for us. Founding Partner access is limited, and we review each application and may accept or decline it in our discretion. Our goal is to respond within 48 hours, but we do not guarantee a response time. A lease, a coordination fee, or any other commercial arrangement exists only under a separate written agreement signed by the parties, and that agreement controls over these Terms where they conflict. Pricing is confirmed before you sign any agreement.

If you are a home provider, you agree to provide accurate property, ownership, and inspection information, to complete our evaluation and certification process, and to comply with ASPIRA Club’s anti-discrimination policy and applicable fair housing laws. Participation in the network is governed by a separate written agreement.
ASPIRA Club does not collect or access resident names, diagnoses, care plans, or other program data. You agree not to submit that information through the Site, email, or text message. After a lease is signed, daily operational control of the home belongs to the leasing organization, and ASPIRA Club has no role in program operations. Partner organizations may opt out of optional digital coordination tools as stated in their written agreement.

You may not use the Site to engage in unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, fraudulent, infringing, or harmful conduct; to send spam; to attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access; to interfere with the Site’s operation; or to violate fair housing, privacy, or telemarketing laws.
We use third-party platforms to operate the Site and our forms, such as hosting, scheduling, communications, AI and automation, and analytics providers. The Site may also link to third-party websites. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
Coliving Copilot is an optional coordination portal operated by Coliving Copilot LLC. Enrollment is not required, and its use is governed by its own Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and related agreements provided at enrollment.

We retain all rights in the Site, its content, our trademarks and logos, and our methods, templates, and materials, except for content you provide. You may view the Site for your internal business purposes, but you may not copy, modify, or redistribute our content without our written permission.
Information on the Site, including descriptions of the process, timelines, and the outcomes the ASPIRA Club model is designed to produce, is general information and not a promise or guarantee. We do not guarantee placement times, home availability, occupancy, funding outcomes, or any other business result.
THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE. A SEPARATE WRITTEN AGREEMENT MAY SET DIFFERENT TERMS FOR THE SERVICES IT COVERS.
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ASPIRA Club LLC and its members, managers, employees, and contractors from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your violation of law, your misuse of the Site, information you submit in violation of these Terms, or your breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or restrict access to the Site if we reasonably believe your use creates legal, security, or compliance risk or violates these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Site with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date means you accept the changes.

These SMS Terms apply to text messages sent by ASPIRA Club LLC (“ASPIRA Club,” “we,” “us”) through the ASPIRA Club Text Messaging Program. By checking a text message consent box on an ASPIRA Club form and submitting it, you agree to these terms.
The ASPIRA Club Text Messaging Program sends text messages to nonprofit organization representatives and home providers who request or agree to receive them. Messages are sent by ASPIRA Club LLC, the operator of aspiraclubnetwork.com.
You opt in by entering your mobile phone number on an ASPIRA Club form on aspiraclubnetwork.com and checking the consent box for the type of message you want. There are two separate boxes, both optional and unchecked by default. You can choose either, both, or neither. You do not need to consent to text messages to submit a form or work with us.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. After you opt out, we may send you one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further text messages unless you opt in again. You can also email [email protected] to opt out.

Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of submitting an application, receiving our services, or making any purchase.
The program is available only for U.S. mobile phone numbers. Mobile carriers and ASPIRA Club are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If you change or give up your phone number, please tell us so we do not send messages to the next person who gets it.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
